We are writing today to say a big thank you to all of those who were able to attend the coffee morning yesterday morning.

 
It was lovely to have the opportunity to meet so many people and hopefully for you to be able to put some faces to our names. It was also great to have the chance to hear what your views were in relation to different elements of the school. As we get more into the role then we will be looking into these areas and where relevant tackling the different aspects.

 

One of the key suggestions which was made was around the parents having an opportunity to raise questions or concerns which they may have. Whilst we always encourage that parents raise any questions or concerns with the child’s class teacher first and then if they still require some further information then speaking with the Key Stage Leads and/or Assistant Headteachers, you can always email into the school for other members of the team to look into as well. Please use the school office email titled FAO and label the member of staff you would like the question to go to. The school email address is

Additionally, will be adding a suggestion box to the front entrance of the school for parents / carers to be able to put their suggestions within. This will be checked a few times within the week so please do not put anything urgent within this box.

 

On a personal note we would like to thank you for the very warm welcome that you have provided to us both over this first week in the school. We are really looking forward to working with the staff, parents, governors and pupils over the coming months.
